Every girl dream is to eat as much as they want and never gain weight. Right? Atleast I want this dream to come true. I can’t eat whatever I want in the fear of gaining weight. So I try to eat healthy and do workout daily for atleast 30 minutes. Other than that I have found recipes of some magical drinks that helps in losing weight and making my skin looks gorgeous. These are basically detox drinks that help in removing all the toxins from our body. You know what, the best part is we can make these drinks at home. No need to go for unnatural ways for weight loss as they are not effective and have side effects.

Green tea & Lemon: Ahh, the good old green tea, and lemon, both are very effective for weight loss.  Green tea also prevents aging and boost immunity. Start your day with this magical drink.

  1. Add a bag of green tea in hot water.
  2. Add juice of half lemon.
  3. Mix them and drink it hot.

Honey, Ginger & Lemon : Best drink if you want to lose weight fast. Honey is great for skin as it purifies your blood. Ginger helps in reducing cholesterol level and good for weight loss.
