Skin Pigmentation : No more skin pigmentation with these amazing kitchen ingredients

My skin suffers a lot from daily pollution and lot of exposure to sun and with my 9 to 5 job I rarely get time to take care of my skin. Last month I was shocked to see that my skin has so much skin pigmentation. Pigmentation is basically dark spots on your skin due to which your skin become uneven. Nobody likes pigmented skin and I am no special. I used to apply bb cream or concealer to hide my uneven skin tone. But I cannot hide behind layers of makeup forever. So I took the plunge and dig in to natural ways of getting rid of skin pigmentation. I tried below natural home remedies and they worked wonder for my skin.

Potatoes:

Potatoes are rich source of enzymes that contains anti-pigmentation properties. Take 1 raw potato and cut it into half. Dip this half sliced potato in to water and rub on the affected area of your skin in circular motion for 10 minutes.

Yogurt :

This delicious yogurt is not also good for health but works great for our skin as well. Yogurt contains lactic acid that helps in lightening the dark spots and makes skin smooth. You just need 1tsp of yogurt and apply it on effected area and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash it off with normal water.

Papaya :

Papaya contains powerful antioxidants like vitamin A, C and E and hence known to be great for skin. It helps in eliminating dead skin cells and makes your skin clean and glowing. To make the mask, take 3tsp of papaya extracts and mix it with honey and milk. Mix all the ingredients well and apply on your face for 15 minutes.

Lemon :

Lemon is natural cleanser for skin as it helps in lightening dark spots. Take half lemon and squiz its juice in a bowl. Add honey in the lemon juice and mix it well. Apply the mixture on the dark spots on your face and leave it for 15 minutes.

Coconut oil :

It helps in removing dead skin cells and protect your skin from harmful sun rays. Take few drops of coconut oil in the palm of your hand and massage it gently on your face so that it gets absorbs deep in your skin. Leave it for 20-25 minutes. Wash it off with normal water.
